Head of Operations (HOO Week 1 & 2)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Experience in security Supervision & Operations.
• Security Training and Certification.
• Proven Experience in Security Operation.
• Forensic Analysis Expertise.
• Security Intelligence knowledge.
• IT compliance understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Training
   • Leads the recruitment and screening of security personnel.
   • Ensures all recruits undergo mandatory training and certification.
   • Oversees logistics for training sessions, including instructors, materials, and facilities.
2. Deployment & Site Management
   • Ensures timely and appropriate deployment of operatives to client locations.
   • Conducts site risk assessments before security personnel are assigned.
   • Verifies that operatives follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at client locations.
3. Operational Supervision
   • Monitors attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline of deployed operatives.
   • Conducts weekly security audits to ensure compliance with client agreements.
   • Handles client feedback and operational concerns, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
4. Reporting & Compliance
   • Provides a weekly operational report to the MD.
   • Coordinates with HR to ensure proper documentation of personnel files and certifications.
   • Organises refresher training and skill enhancement programs for operatives.
